Hotel Ares is situated in a quiet and charming street in the Farini area, Western part of Milan from the city centre. 600 meters far from Maciachini metro stop on the yellow line, our hotel is on the same metro line as both the Central railway Station and Duomo.

Garibaldi/Isola area is also easily reachable thanks to the underground train Lancetti which is only 5 minutes walk from the hotel. Otherwise the purple metro line M5 can be used to reach the nightlife of Corso Como and the beautiful Piazza Gae Aulenti. Last but not least, the large events disco club Alcatraz is just 6 minutes walk from us.

How to reach us

From Central Station take the M3 yellow metro line towards Comasina till Maciachini, 3 stops. Hotel Ares is 600 meters far.

From piazzale Maciachini take the road named Edoardo Jenner and after around 500 meters take our street Edoardo Porro on your left, after the park.

From P.ta Garibaldi Railway Station (connection with the train ITALO) take the underground forward Novara- Varese-Saronno-Bovisa till Lancetti Station, only one stop. From Lancetti Station take viale Lancetti which in 400 meters become viale Stelvio, then turn left into our street Edoardo Porro.

Take the Tangenziale Est, exit viale Zara/Fulvio Testi. Turn left on viale Marche and go straight till piazzale Maciachini. Keep going on viale Jenner for 300 meters then turn left into via Privata Sommacampagna. 75 meters after you will find our hotel on your right.

From Malpensa Airport or Linate Airport take the couch till Milan Central Station. Continue as per the point By train - Central Station.
